Well I'm in again for this month.  I would do a run / bike goal but not sure if my leg is up to setting a running goal this month.

Bike - 260 miles

and second - to loose 5 more pounds (started month off at 209).

Had a long ride of 36 miles today so that is a good start.

I'm in again this month!  Thanks for putting it together.  I wasn't very talkative last month.  I'll try to be better this month.  (That's not one of my goals, though.)  I will run 80 miles, bike 230 miles and swim 13000 yards.  OK....heading to the spreadsheet.  Cheers!

Second brick of the month completed -- swim-bike.

I'm not counting the swims associated with the bricks for my swim workouts, since they aren't really "workouts" just swims. I didn't want people to think that I would count one event in both places. :-)

The cold pool water felt wonderful at noon today. It's 96 today. Whew.

Gone are the days when I would write 3250 posts per month. *Sigh* I miss the good old days.

So Bill, how many posts are you going to write this month?

I think I will join in this month now that the he11 that was general internal medicine is over....think I am going to aim for 10 hrs of all 3 sports this month. The last 3 months have been terrible due to my rotations so I need to get some training in. 40min swim done earlier today and will have a run this afternoon to make the first double workout day that I have done in probably 3-4 months....wooooo wooooooo PEDS!

I usually drink Nuun - electrolytes but no calories.  But, I do prefer to eat real food instead of drinking it.

I use Hammer Sustained Energy when my rides go over 40 miles.  I don't take any solid food.

So. You know that Andy isn't on Saxobank anymore, right? 'Cause you're still wearing that jersery....

I think you need to go visit him and get a good photo.

Water -- I'm not very adventurous. Of course, my longest ride so far has been only 33 miles, and I stopped half way on that one and visited a Starbucks for a Frappe, so . . . seeing that in writing seems like cheating on my ride somehow.
