Water was great, well organized. Took my time, stopped 3 times to hang onto kayaks. Mainly, I didn't give up and kept going.
What would you do differently?:

Do more laps and build up my endurance.

Tough time putting on socks on wet feet, mainly because I was dizzy from the swim.
What would you do differently?:

Consider skipping socks, mounting shoes on bike. Put socks on after bike.

Did fine, road and organization was great.

Though someone stole my spare tube and tool kit out of my saddle bag.

What I didn't like was the long run after dismount across grass and pavement to get back to transition.
