I have never prayed so hard for someone to have warm sunny weather as hard as I am praying for you right now. At the same time later today I will be in my yard doing a traditional Northern Michigan Snow Dance complete with the charring of burgers on the grill while wearing a Hawaiian shirt and shorts.Bring it on Mother Nature, I dare you!!! |

It is awfully early in the challenge to look at leads - I am heading to AZ for 1 week right after Thanksgiving and probably won't score any points there unless the Grand Canyon is cold. I will score some more this week with my commute but if Darren and Lenny get cold stuff with the running they do and the climate they (and you) live in makes it hard for me unless it is downright cold this winter. Plus if I don't get into TransIowa my riding will drop off substantially I think Bill wants everyone to forget about him while he builds up points on his bike.

The overnight lows are dipping into the 20s, but I'm not up early enough to run in it. Maybe December will look better for me. Some of you are amazing! Your dedication to training outside, even with the cold wintery weather you are having, is inspirational. |

Has an air shock but some good components. Kinda got me in a week moment after a week of long drives. An ok deal, free service which is good because I think it will take a beating. The only part that sucks is it is a 26er, or maybe that doesn't suck, I don't kbow. Been about 10 years since I have been on a mountain bike. Dint worry too much, I figure only one or two idea to work a week as I figure it will taking me a bit longer. Just got to get some gloves and I will be good. |
