absolutely first class event and the course was awesome!!  i'm looking forward to next year.  aside from some major gastro problems about mile 4 of the run, i had a great time.

Tough bike course I thought. There were no fast sections at all, except for a short 3 mile stretch coming off the bridge on the way back. I rode higher watts than I did in Augusta a few weeks ago and was significantly slower. Not a bad thing, it was challenging.

Also, I sliced the crap out of my hand coming out of the water and required stitches--that boat ramp needs to be fixed if it's used next year, or add carpet mats or something. The ten minutes in the "amberlamps" didn't help my time much. Overall, nice race. Good job.

Good race, I didn't train for it and paid for it but thats my fault.  Previous races there have they have put carpet down and that would have helped.  Swim was a little tough for me, not sure why.  Ride was what I should have expected and the run was fine.

Will consider doing it again only if I can train for it.
