Just back from my piddly little 70 km ride (not a whole lot faster pace, I'm afraid!) and saw you're doing great! Keep up the good work! Now out for 30 minute brick run and praying I don't trip over a brick again!  Smudgee Boy (kitty) says, "Go Yanti!" He'll kill a gecko in your honor if you finish!

We had about the same workout today.  I did 60km bike and 30 min run.    have a good run!  I'm off to bed.

falling asleep but keep waking to check your splits - looking good again with your 4th bike split.  Keep going strong!  unfortunately now you're in serious headwind but only for 10k and then you'll have SWEET tailwind.

Her fifth bike split is 10 something kph. Headwinds from hell? Flat? Keeping my fingers crossed! My piddly brick run done with no falling over bricks, heading for shower and out to brunch with I-pad to track; maybe a nice easy swim at the gym later. GOOO YANTI!

everyone has awful splits there and then again at 131.5.  I'm guessing massive headwinds.

I hope she's got an awesome tailwind now! Seeing that split made me really nervous... but EVERYONE is having a slow bike split for that one, so it's gotta be a super nasty headwind, right?

Go Yanti Go!!  You can do it!!!

. If you did a random check and noticed the correlation, then I won't interject that it was a "pitstop".

I see what you mean now... just about everyone has a split of about half their average and then the next one is about double their average. Crazy little section there and 130.

I checked may women in her AG and that one 10K split was very slow for all of them...about half of what they were averaging before....but following split was very fast.

May the wind be a tailwind now!

X2.  I do not know Yanti that well, and I know nothing about the course, but I was getting a little worried waiting for that split to come through.  I was relived to see it come up.  Go, Yanti!

Just needs to maintain that good 24kph speed and she'll be fine for the cut off and have 7 hours to do a marathon - fingers crossed - I'm hydrating on her behalf with a beer.
