| Subject: RE: How to track Yanti? She's smart to take her time in T1. Comfort is going to be key for her. I'm more worried about the other screwy things that can happen during an IM than her actual fitness. |

Based on the time it looks like she held herself to the plan. Her last IM she went out too fast from T1 and they had to pull her off the bike due to hypothermia. Blue lips and shaking and stuff. Makes sense to dry off, get warm, and situated this time around. |
