???? I pretty much carry a towel or bandana with me at all times for mopping sweat, including when running errands or walking to work. We're issued towels as we enter the gym, and it's already necessary due to the sweat worked up getting to the gym in the first place. I guess that's a tropical world problem.

We have towels available to us, and are encouraged to use them, but our gym is also usually kept at 70*F, so I rarely break a sweat, even on my heaviest of lifting days.

I bought two business class flights using my credit card points but at the time of booking, the initial leg didn't offer business class so I had to go with economy.  Now that flight has business class and I can't switch!

Crisis averted, we were upgraded at the gate.  I know you were all worried!

Yesterday, our country club aerated the back 9 greens, so we were confined to playing only the front 9.

For most people, there is a story in how they came to the sport as beginners. Some of the most inspiring of those beginner tales begin with health scares.

All I can think about is, "How can I swim in this?" I can't sleep. I think I made a big mistake. I'm filling my head with fear and doubt. What made me think I could run a triathlon?

My symptoms have been present off and on for almost two years. Is this a surgical problem, or should I just keep managing it for as long as I can?

My problem is I can only swim about 30-40 meters without having to rest. What is the best way to improve this? I need to get from 40 to 750 meters in 6 months.

I have 10 lessons with a coach and he keeps telling my I'm holding my breath. I cannot figure out where since I'm breathing out and in every 3rd stroke. Any drill recommendations?
