Banded shoes to bike. I basically ran in, pulled my running shoes off, dawned my helmet and off I went.

Felt a little weak going out but got slapped in the face at the turn around point as the headwind slammed home. All in all it was a blast and I had lots of fun!

Warm down:

Did a little stretching and participated in the chili cook off. Also had my single beer, Guinness Dark Lager.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Probably not eating beforehand.

Event comments:

Fun End Of Year (EOY) event. Not really a race, just out for fun and to see some old friends.
