Sorry for opening this here. There is a thread in the training log support forum here as well. I posting because I am sure this gets more visibility.

I uploaded my run from my Garmin on Tuesday. It looks like the upload took because when I go to import it again, it shows my work out as previously uploaded. However, the work out does not show up in my training log. I am able to manually log work outs. If I try to import to my training log using import from other than "add today's workout" I get the oops something went wrong error message.

Any ideas? I am running Windows 7. I tried both IE 11 and Chrome. Same results.

We think we have found the problem.  For a small percentage of users, your computer keeps trying to go to the old server for the uploader with a different DNS address.  If you can restart your computer and modem and try again.  A few users reporting back in has said that this works.

Thanks Ron. Restarting the computer, router and cable modem did the trick.

That didn't work for me. Any other suggestions? FWIW I'm trying to upload a Garmin 405 and it says error in uploading next to each workout listed.

Were definitely working on it this weekend, do yo see any red warning text indicating that you are viewing the site on the old server and to clear your browser cache?
