NUTRITION

I have a question guys, I have started to look at the labels of the foods that I am eating but I am not really sure about what I am supposed to be looking for. What's good what's bad, what's a high amount, what do I want more/less off.

What do I need less off and what should I cut out for weightloss. ???

All seem eight high in carbs or low in protein. I look for fat at about 5-7 gms, 10-20 grams protein and 15-30 grams of carbs depending on how much I'm focusing on weightloss versus just eating something when I'm out. As a guy you might want higher protein. Don't recognize brands. Can you get Zone bars, Pure Protein, EAS bars.

Think about a healthy meal and try to get the bar to match. You don't want a sugar bomb or candy bar, you want some protein to fill and nourish you.
