I've been faithful to Sauconys for a long time now. Unfortunately, I think that they have tweaked their last to be narrower through the arch area, and I get marks there. When one of my current pairs goes, I am shopping again.

Asics 2110. Had the 2080 and 2100 before that.

Even when I go to Run On each time, I have them watch me run and walk and bring out a selection of shoes. I don't even look at them, but I always end up in Asics. They just fit me best.

Wow! My wife, being a non-triathlete/non-cyclist doesn't even understand why I need different shoes for road cycling vs. mtn. biking.

In my second pair of Asics 2100's.  Loved the 1st pair, but this pair is giving me a few problems.  Probably tried breaking them in too quickly.

Saucony Trigon 3 Guide's...just came in the mail yesterday...

I have never had a problem with NIKE's...wore them for 14 years for basketball, and then last 18 months for running...never failed...

That being said nothing can compare to the feel of my new Sauconys...

i used to run in Brooks Adrenaline, but they just didn't last long enough. somehow my heel always managed to eat through the back of the shoe after about 200 miles. other than that they were great.
i switched to Mizuno Wave and they seem to last longer. also have a toe box that fits a bit better for me.

(i got a fairly neutral foot with rather high arches)

for trail running i use Salomon XA Comp 2. i've heard bad things about the laces breaking after 100 miles, but i'm not there yet.

Not long at all. The hard part is trying to remember how many miles are on each pair so I know when to retire them.

I used to be an Adidas girl. Supernova's!!! Now, I switch up between Asics and Adidas. Finding that the Asics are getting more playtime these days.

I've run in Brooks since high school and absolutely love them.  I've tried my fair share of others but nothing comes close to feeling like my Brooks Radius.  I race 5-10k in Brooks T4 racers.  About 6 months back I tried a pair of Nike Frees and fell in love with them.  Now I use them for all of my road training and use the Brooks for trail runs (most of my longer runs).  I ran Boston marathon in the Frees and they were great.  Not sure what I'll wear for Timberman...either the Frees or T4 racers.

Right now, Nikes. Love them. I have neutral feet with pretty normal arches, and it ended up being harder than I thought to find good shoes. I used to love Adidas, but the last pair I tried made my feet feel like they would shrink two sizes from the cramping, and I was only walking in them.

Also love Asics. Just have to find the right pair!

More Mizuno's than I expected. They are my primary training shoe but I also occasionally wear my Nike Frees.

Anything that is 5k or less I will typically where the Nikes but over that and it is the Mizunos.

The only way I'd run barefoot where I live is if my feet were actually steel belted. Way too much junk on the ground.

I only do it on the track or grass.  I usually do it when I'm doing speedwork.  I'd never run the roads that way.
