Subject: RE: LT Test results question Go to settings and then to HR manager to get your zones. You have the same running LTHR as me (at least as of ~5 months ago when I got around to doing it ).
Your/my zones are as follows:

I'm basically training at Z2 most of the time. I build up a good base so far and I'm adding tempo work to my workouts (going off of Triathlete's Bible for workouts ) and am up to ending some of my runs with 25 minute tempos (Z3 ).
