Comments: met my goal of 12 laps. What would you do differently?: not much Transition 1
Comments: added socks, this is new from other years. It slowed me down a little, but I think it was worth it. What would you do differently?: nothing Bike
Comments: my legs were tired, not as good overall as I would have liked. What would you do differently?: my brick workout last weekend took more out of my legs than I planned. Next race move the workout up a week. Transition 2
Comments: since I spend a little more time in T1 putting on socks and running shoes, T2 is short. Grab my hat and shirt and take off. What would you do differently?: nothing Run
Comments: I was slower than I had planned, I think it was because my quads were so tired. What would you do differently?: better plan the workouts closer to the event Post race
