Subject: HELP: late (ish) season training motivation /how to get my mojo back! Hi all!
I know there are iterations of this post all over BT forums but I thought I'd ask for sage advice anyway. So, I came off my second IM finish (June 29 at IMCdA ), feeling great. My training leading up to the IM was spot on and I felt spectacular. I, being of the triathlete mindset, decided to sign up for the Muskoka 70.3 (Sept. 7 ). Anyway, in the interim my motivation to train has completely tanked. I certainly have not stopped working out, it's just my regimented IM training mindset seems to have disappeared on me. While I am totally treating Muskoka as my "B" race for the season I do want to have a good race. With that being said my question is this: How do I get my training chutzpah back in the final month lead up to Muskoka? Any tips or tricks would be so greatly appreciated!
