Subject: 12.4.14 Thursday Workout

Hello BT!  Good morning to you!

4:15am:  65 mins on the KK, big ring work--feel the burrrrn!

5:30am:  30 minutes upper body strength + core

Have a great day!

Based on a few comments yesterday I think I should change my sig line to "The Machine" !  I like it!

LOL I feel the burn just looking at my bike!

Taper stuff here. Decided not to do too much of one as I tend to get sick when I do. 36 minute run with some strides and 2200m of swimming ( so I can sleep well, which I think is at the root of my taper woes). Long work day today as my kids had their winter concert--they were awesome! Resting up after herding excited children and tying at least 50 pirate kerchiefs.

Good Morning

Will be spinning at the gym or a 5 mile run for me today haven't decided yet, I should run but my feet are sore from tuesdays run still and that's an odd one, my bad knees feel Good but my arches are sore no particular discomfort spot either but just sore all over Hmmm.

Morning!

Rainy day here!! Not too cold though.

5:15am - 60 min power spin - hard VO2 max efforts - talk about BURN!!

Need to run 3 miles once the kids get off to school, will be a wet one I guess. Gonna dig out my rain jacket :-)!

Nice work today everyone. You're ALL machines!

another 90 minutes of biking. I found a pool nearby which is, get this, 15 bucks for the whole year! So I'm looking forward to getting in there asap.

Hot Runner I read your post too quickly and assumed that "at least 50 pirate kerchiefs" was some kind of isometric exercise that I'd never heard of before. "Yea I did 100 burpees, 25 turkish getups, followed by 50 pirate kerchiefs and now I feel the burn!"

Sea Voyage theme for the concert. Guess they decided that even making a pretense at "Winter Wonderland" is silly when it's 90 degrees out. Tying kerchiefs probably can't count as exercise, herding kids might. Anyway, the swim sure worked for taper insomnia--home from the concert and out like a light!
