Snerk....I came across that picture a few days ago while doing something else and thought, "Now why don't I use that?!"! A certain amount of photo editing involved but I WAS actually arm in arm with Macca (so was another woman at the time, but I cut her out From Bintan Tri in Indonesia last year.

1:10 run here with lots of fartlek pickups (insert snicker here) wearing green shorts; about 40 minutes of strength stuff PM.

Evening!
No St. Patty's day celebrations over here - just a normal Tuesday!

5:15am - 60 min power spin- played my Irish music - LOVE IT!

8am - 2.5 mile run
8:30 - 2200 yd swim..or more, my Garmin decided not to count several of my laps !

Feeling very tired today...thinking it is allergies! There are clouds of the stuff all over and I want to rip out my eyeballs they are so itchy! Waiting for new natural allergy meds to come in the mail! Hope they help!

Have a great night all and be safe if you are out enjoying the green beer!
