I keep hearing it wimper in the corner...After watching Peter Reid train in a snow storm.. I guess I do not really have that much of an excuse. I guess I will buy some shoes and pedals and head out to the Vedder and do my long bikerides up the side of that mountain. Hopefully I will get enough cardio to kick some major arse! Oh, and DOC, that was meant for you!

COme on now, All I have to do is keep up in the swim, not get lost on the bike and I have it! The bike part now, thats the problem. But if I get up the mountain 3 times a week, well I may have a tiny chance!
