Night before weigh-in day..it always gets me nervous!! This morning I was 150.2, but after 2 hours of house painting I had lost 1.2 pounds! I wonder what the scale will say in the morning....

CHECK-IN DAY AGAIN!  Wow these weeks are going by fast.  It's already week 4!!

I'm at 156.8 this morning, just barely posting a loss for the week, but I've lost 2 pounds in the last 3 days.  I probably ballooned up after the Disney Marathon with all the water I took in.  This week I joined the Men's Health Magazine "Abs Diet Online" which, for 16 bux a month, maps out EVERY workout, EVERY meal, EVERY ingredient that you eat for the week.  Of course you can modify certain things to meet your needs as you see fit, but for the most part (since I'm on a 10-day trial) I wanted to follow it as closely as possible.  Since the day I joined, Wednesday, at 159 pounds, I have lost 2 pounds just by changing my eating habits and following their workouts in conjunction with my tri training.  I'm liking these results.  I feel healthier already!  I definitely recommend it to everyone.  I want a damn six-pack...and no, not of Hoegaarden or Blue Moon.

Lookin' forward to seeing everyone's results this week!

148.8. Not bad, I guess. This hopefully means that by next week I will be in new weight loss territory. I had gotten down in the 147 range before Xmas. Like Jeff, I had gained after the Goofy Challenge last weekend, but it slowly came off.  I would LOVE to be 146 next Friday.

170.4

No progress this week, but no backsliding either. I consider that a victory after the way I ate this week. The fact that I'm still several hours per week away from my peak training has me feeling pretty decent, too. I'll check my "Y weight" tonight (check last Friday's blog entry for an explanation).

173.2 on a full stomache.  Just had to eat late last night after a long day at work but still lost weight.  One pound a week ...slowly but surely.

175.3.  The weight is slowly going down, but it's hard when I'm hungry all the time.

Can you believe IMAZ is less than trhee months away?  Crazy.  Hope everyone's training is going well.

145.8!! Woohoo!! I lost 2.2 pounds this week and it was mostly Tues-Today. I got sick of the slow losses, so I started logging my nutrition again and the pounds fell off.

I'm at 156.0.  A modest loss over last week but it's all good.

Actually last night I weighed myself at the gym.  I was dehydrated and I hadn't eaten anything since before my 2mile run/800m swim.  Plus I was just in the steam room for 20 minutes.  I was 154.8.  But after I drank water until I wasn't thirsty anymore, it said 156.0 so that's what I'm going with.

No number for me for last week. I didn't have time to get on the scale in the morning and I wanted to keep the procedure consistent. Hopefully I'll see good things this week. The big problem? Girl Scout cookies are here. Damn you, Thin Mints!!!!!

Is it Friday yet?  I weighed in at 169.0 this morning.  That's a personal best for me.  And i ate a lot yesterday.  That's 30 pounds less than i weighed in at IMAZ last year.  Of course my goal is to squeeze out another 10 pounds.  Frankly if i succeed at this it means more to me than the race itself.  Is that weird or what?  Thanks to you guys on this challenge.  i'll send an official weight on friday.
