For your first one without knowing how fast you're going to swim, 1-2 min is a fair rest.  After this first round and you have an idea of how quick your sets will be, then you can setup the intervals she's talking about.

I just wanted to know how everyone's feeling about their training.  As you progressing the way you want to?  I'm not as consistent with the days I train as I'd like to be (I end up doing a lot of run/bike combo days), but I'm getting all my training in.  I feel like my 'wind' is coming back to me.  I like this a lot and feel like my health is starting to roll back around.  Although, I'm not seeing much weight loss (I'm not seeing any gain either though).

How are the rest of you doing?

Work and masters classes are eating up a lot more time than I'd like... and it's down to 2 1/2 months until tri #1 of the season!!!  How's everyone else doing?  Stop in and say Hi.

Got the OK from the wife to head up to the Boston area for a duathlon in my hometown.  My brother-in-law and I are going to run it!  Should be a good time.  Gotta make sure the training is on par for that now!!!
