Subject: Beginner Half IM for 2nd year Anyone had any experience with modifying the current beginner half IM workout schedule
specifically I am getting ready to start my sport specific weeks and am already jonesing for my log bike ride during this slow 6 hour week, I am trying to be patient but it ain't working for me
Any suggestions? This is my second year using this plan I am altering the runs and bikes by 15 min on the run and 30 min on the bike (longer ) (swim addtional 500 m every other swim wrkout )
