Good job Rob. FIghting the binges can be quite the bugger. However, everytime you win it gets easier.

Today: 159.8

Last: 160.6

WooHoo: -.8

Now to try and maintain and eat less Sat. Fats

A week away from the scales and running again did the trick.  195.6 after being nearly 200 10 days ago.  I'm even back in my skinny jeans (yeah, guys have 'em, too).

Well, I stayed the same (192.4)....which is better than gaining but I thought I would do a lot better.  Jotting down the foods I ate helped keep me mindful but I am not sure it changed my habits all that much...it just made the guilt more vivid.  In the long run probably a good strategy.  I do know that when I eat salty foods, I gain weight.  That is probably a "duh" but I really never think about it too much.  So, what did I do last night?  Ate salty food.  Also a large sub sandwich for lunch instead of a small cause I had a coupon.....silly boy.

Glad to see the group is moving down again.  I forgot to post the results last week but as a group we were up a little less than a pound.  Have a great Valentine's and be sure and give a big hugs to those that you love.

Peter-

What is your goal weight?  I must have totally spaced out and missed it.  On my database I have you starting the Skinny 2 challenge already at 180% of goal and you are now at 193%.  Awesome job but I think I forgot to update your numbers.

I went up a pound, I'm back to 163 lbs.

I'll get it together - last week I was really stressed and was eating worse than a starving dog that found a loaded trashcan.

I'm back mentally - so....let's go!!!

No worries. My goal weight is 239 for 1/3.

Last week:246
This week: 244lbs

Not sure how to take this. Was absolutely destroyed by the flu last week (week off) and have only trained twice in the last week. Still not quite 100 per cent but I guess I'll take anything I get.

Looks like everyone had a good week so far. Keep it up!

At 148, which I believe is holding steady from last week.
Had a topsy-turvy week both on the scale and otherwise.
I feel like I have done a really good job getting myself to workout, but have been less than stellar in the food department. I am writing down everything I am eating, but although it might be deterring mindless eating, unfortunately somehow that has not been deterring me from just simply making bad choices.

Tough weekend coming up in NY where exercise will be scarce and food plentiful.

Everyone hang in there. We will conquer this beast (or belly as in my case)!

Weight at end of 1rst challenge: 166.0

Starting weight 2-7: 168

Weight on V day: 165.0

Loss since last weigh in: 3 lbs.

Well I am happy to see that I am down 3 lbs. from last week's weigh-in. Unfortunately I am still not back to the lowest point of the previous weight loss challenge, but I do think that 165 was my goal for the first challenge. Anyhow, I am feeling a bit plateaued as I can't seem to get under the 165 mark and stay there. I'll keep working at it! Go Team Skinny!

Plateaued? Jill you lost three pounds in a week. That is great!

I know you will get under 165 in the next couple of weeks. Keep up the great work.

I forgot to weigh this morning.  I've been pretty sick the last few days and I didn't realize it was Wednesday until a few minutes ago.  I'll weigh in this afternoon even though I normally weigh in the morning.

Morning,

I'm up almost two pounds from last week.  Bummer.  I wasn't writing stuff down, but I will this week!  I feel like the "little engine that could" this morning.  Best of luck to everyone.

This week:148.8
Last week: 147.0

I know, I am pleased that I lost 3 lbs, it is just that feeling that those were 3 lbs that I had already lost and had to lose them again. I am tired of relosing the same couple of lbs!

Hi team!

Jill-don't worry, you will blow past the 165 mark in no time. Plateaus are insanely frustrating but they ARE beatable. Nice job this week.

I weighed-in on Wednesday and I'm pretty pleased...

starting stats: 145
this week: 143.75.

slow and steady! However today was (is) a bit of a disaster. one of my clients brought me a valentine sugar cookie (ate it), some of my coworkers brought chocolate (ate some of that too), and i'm currently making chocolate chip cookies for my boyfriend (um, yeah, that dough is dangerous). the only good news is that i've stopped and i'm giving all the cookies away so I think the rest of the week should be good.

happy valentines day.

I'm back!  LOL--I feel like I've been gone for weeks because on Tuesday my computer decided to crash and burn.  With diagnosing, shopping, restoring, recreating and restarting about 1000 times, it's been from Tuesday until now--late Thursday pm--before I was able to do anything.  Functionality is slowly returning.

The bad news is the stress level has been pretty high, but the good news is I was so busy, I couldn't eat much candy.      Here are my results:

RESULTS:2/14/2007
Ending weight164.4
Beginning weight165.2
Weight change this week-0.8
Total weight change-0.6

Not much to get excited about, but it's going the right direction (and I'm down to 163.8 tonight).

Good luck everyone!

Way to go! Coming from a dude's perspective I think I know the feeling my jeans are starting to get pretty loose and I think by next week the old belt will have to come out to prevent a little plumbers crack from going on

Hey guys!  My friend Sandy is new to BT and she wants to join a challege.  I told her she could jump in on ours.  I let her know that we are going through equinox and she'll set her goal accordingly.  Her BT name is Jonesy and she'll post something today!
