None, would of been a good idea to do some!
Post race
Warm down:

Face spray to remove mud. Someone was having a bit of too much fun and was throwing mud in the pit and it hit me in the eye. My hands were muddy and my face was muddy which made it impossible to get the mud out of my eye. I was blind! I yelled to my buddy, my daughter, and told here she needs to guide me out the last quarter of the mud pit. I told her it's an early preview of my later years of my life.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Mud in the eyes! LOL

Event comments:

A really fun race! I would recommend it to anyone who has the opportunity. I will definitely do it again next year. The post race activities and vendors were great!
