Subject: RE: "mock" indoor triathlon before race Thanks for the advise. I will take it easy till Sunday. Last night was not really planned, I got to the Y to swim and just did it. I know I will cut time in the bike, on my bike in a real setting, I can easily do an avg of 20-22 for 20+ miles, my run is around 9-10 min/mi. I still happy with the swim. I have practised transitions, but not very much. I took a long time last night to dry off from the pool and to "dry" off from the stationary bike (no fan, it was in a dead air spot ). I should be able to do T1 in about 2 min and T2 in about a min. Feeling sore is not the correct word, my calves have a slight twitch every 45 min or so, and other areas feel worked, but not over worked. I feel pretty good and I judge I will have a good race on Sunday!! I expect to finish MOP, but in the top half. I will post a race report when it is over!
