i have this song in my head only the music part, but it's a long music intro with a lot of drums  (sounds like they are stomping) and maybe even some mandoline (at least it sounds like it)  the music has a Spanish feel to it... i can't think of the name of the song or the artist... i am very sorry for the lack of detail, but that's all i got.. can anyone help me..

sorry someone did ask that before.... i am not 100% sure it could go either way..  i don't remember it being pop, i guess i would say more rock if i said anything, but i really don't remember enough to put a label on it.  I would say it wasn't on the radio that much.

I would guess "40 Sticks" by Led Zeppelin but that sure ain't the 90's.

And come to think of it, there are no "stomping drums" but there is a mandolin.

something by Blue Man Group perhaps?

the one that comes to mind is totally instrumental - it's a long song, about 8-9 mins - the name is Exhibit 13...starts off slow and then picks up...then it slows down and goes almost quiet about midway through...then it finishes with a flurry...very cool song...
