question from a newbee,

On the calendar view in the Training Log, the days are colour coded. What does the colour coding mean?

Jim


Peach - means you entered a swim/bike/run
Darker peach - means you entered some other activity (e.g., sport, weight training)
Blue (I think it looks like purple) - means you entered stat information at the top of log (e.g., RHR, Weight, Hours slept) but didn't put in any other data
Yellow - means you put something in the log (e.g., text) but didn't put in any other data
White - means you entered nothing

If the box is outlined in red, it means you filled out info about being injured.

OK, nice week everyone.  I fixed Ten9T6's loss and added in KLilevjen's numbers to update the chart...so here's the final for the end of week #2.  Congrats - we're making progress.
