Run
Comments: The run felt good. I might have taken it out a bit fast, but I seemed to be able to keep up 8min miles, which was very nice. The wind was pretty bad on the return half of the loops, but it was nice to have a back wind going out. Much trail running which was nice. But when we would merge back in with the 5kers, they would be taking up the whole path. Not cool. I'm pretty sure that I slowed down the last two miles or so. I was at 23:45 at 3 miles, and 31:46 at 4 miles, which means the last 2.2 miles was almost 19. Post race
Warm down: Walked and stretched, waiting for Roxanna to get finished. Once she did, we got changed in the back of the car, and when to see Madam Butterfly in San Francisco. What limited your ability to perform faster: Need more hill work. Last updated: 2007-12-05 12:00 AM

Local races are always nice. Get up at 6:30, leave the house around 7:30, have a bagel, bananna, and some orange juice and then get to the race. Did a little running around to get the legs moving. Thought about leaving the sweats on, but changed my mind.
