Bike exit at 6:30 sounds like a plan.

I'm bib# 427.

One question:  How did I, M30-34, end up with a friggin pink swim cap??  WTF?

I'm in the same AG and got a green one. Are you racing as Roberta and trying to sneak on to the podium? Shame shame.

I too have a pink cap - and I'm not even in the 30 - 35 group. It's not even like you can pass these caps off as "salmon colored," they're straight up hot pink.

Hey... met up with Charlie ... nobody showed at the Bike Exit at 6:30.

That's okay.  It looked like LOTS of people got there late and the line to get a chip and for the bathroom was very backed up.  I can't believe they didn't have a single port-a-potty.  One small bathroom building for 500+ racers, and (it seemed) just as many family and friends attending, was just not even close to enough.  I'm glad I got there early.

Sorry...I totally flaked. Got busy setting stuff up, getting chipped, etc. and forgot. Hope you had a good race.

Agree-- the lack of portapotties was glaring, as was the lack of gatorade or any sports drink on the course or even afterwards.

In general, I thought it was an ok race, though. My race report will be up tonight.
