Well, my April goal is to get out of my rut of being stuck at 170 for like 3 weeks?!
I've started logging in my food intake so I can really see what I'm eating and be held ACCOUNTABLE!

Plus, it's gotta be better....no more chocolate eggs!!

yep listen to sailing one day at a time but dont forget to look into the future. imagine how you feel once you hit your goal, whether its make it a week with out "screwing it up" or reaching a certain weight and if you do hit a bump do get down on yourself get back in line and look forward dont dwell on the past.

My goal for April is to hop off of this darn sea-saw I have been on since the end of 2007!  It's depressing & pathetic!  I hate my scale and I think the feeling is mutual.

On a positive note I'm having a good butt day....on my way out of the office this guy was checking out my butt.  He was chatting with another guy and then he turned all the way around to watch me walk up the street. ha ha!!

Josh- Can't wait to see the 90 day pics!

You sure there wasn't toilet paper hanging out or on the bottom of your foot??? If you're sure then, aren't you married? And if so, then good for you! That's what we call eye candy.

April 1st, and this isn't a joke, 187.4 lbs. I have less than 3 hrs to make it official though (sub 190). I'll probably end up above 192 or something. Guys if that happens, then we know there's a conspiracy with all our scales.

So,
the 1st day back on my last wk (official) was a little daunting. The wk I took of did a number on me last night. I was panting up a storm trying to keep up, though I put in countless hrs of doing this same stuff for the past 2 3/4 months. Throughout the 48 min session there was one exercise I didn't do. I was already so out of breath, I didn't want to pass out. But I did sweat up a storm! Today I even took my bike out for a little 1 1/4 mi test ride to get it ready for the season. Fill the tires up, check screws, and handle bars, you know regular maintenance stuff. Still a bit cold and soggy today, though.

Forgot to mention my appt. at the chiro today. It went well of course, and I asked about the ankle issue. She mention some ankle warm ups and made special mention of the towel technique you guys mentioned. So I definately will give it a go.

12 step program for team skinny!

Step:
1. Swim, Bike, Run (Of course!)
2. Drink anything you want so long as it's coffee, wine, shots of 151, or Diet Pepsi.
3. Whatever you do, don't shoot the dog, or mess with canadians bearing 9mm's.
4. Keep away from the candy jar at work, or not, whatever!
5. Eat fried fish and chips.
6. Give advice and support to your teammies
7. Don't forget your ankle stretches.
8. Skinny jeans are for girls!
9. Check for toilet paper if someone's flirting with their eyes.
10. Eat something, except coffee all day!
11. Make sure you have head phones on underneath your helmet.
12. And by all means, nevermind the scale, it's all a conspiracy anyway!

Felt an impending need to give you a hand on this one saling.

13. Don't bother asking people to NOT get you any chocolate for Easter, you're getting it anyway. And/or Chocolate easter eggs are E-V-I-L !
