I take a multi vitamin and fish oil. That's pretty much it. I'll throw in aminos too when I'm training really hard.

M,W,F, I take an 81 mg aspirin and 2000 mg vitamin D.
T, Th, Sat I take an aspirin and a half of a multivitamin. I started taking half because the whole vitamin turned my pee bright yellow.
On Sunday, I just take the aspirin.
In the Summer I'll switch to aspirin and multivitamin every day, but I buy the recent guidance on vitamin D, so I supplement during the winter.

I take a centrum performance and 2 glucosamine chondroitin capsules a day. What does the fish oil do for ya, seems like alot of folks take it including my folks.

This is a link to some vitamins I'm thinking about trying...
I'm going to be doing a 3x balanced Oly training program, with two sessions of lifting, and probably an extra cycling session per week. I'm 19, and I intend to keep and maintain intense workouts. You can see the labels for the ingredients of the vitamins about halfway down the page under a tab.  Please let me know what you think, and if it'd be worth it. (I have a buddy who can get me a package for about $15 per month because he works at GNC).

Or, should I just stick with the Centrum Sport Multivitamin?
Thanks for your help!

Don't get it.  It has arginine (sp?) which is a pump product.  Not something endurance athletes want.

Doesn't arginine help speed up the repair time of damaged tissues and reduce bone injuries healing time as well?

I just take a regular women's multivitamin and an iron supplement.  (The iron was prescribed by my doctor after a round with anemia a couple of years ago.)  I get iron and Vitamin D levels checked by my doctor as part of my annual exam every year, as well, so I can keep tabs on them.

I take a multi, vit E, D, and en emergen-C daily. In the summer I usually don't bother with the emergen-C, but during cold season it's vital to survival or I get every little cold my kids pick up at school

I take fish oil, Vitamin E, and calcium with Vit D.  I also take an EmergenC packet daily.  I had my vit d levels checked and they are low normal, so my doctor recommended the D.  Get your D level checked on your next blood test.  I live in Hawaii and get a lot of sun and eat a good balanced diet, and am still on the low end of the scale.

GNC Mega Men Sport Multivitamin for cheap insurance & GNC Triflex (Glucosamine/Condroitin/MSM) for joints. I can tell a difference when I don't take the Triflex, not so much on the multivitamin.

DanielG - 2011-01-05 10:38 AM GNC or Max Muscle Men's Sport daily vitamin, Flaxseed oil and calcium. I haven't gotten a single shin splint since I started taking calcium whereas I was getting them regularly before that. I have no clue if that's what did it but it's one of those "can't really hurt" things so I keep taking them.

I am going to pick up some calcium pills today, I have been getting shin splints lately.

You might consider the Joint Vitapak that has Mega Men, Triflex and Fish Oil.  Not sure if is cheaper or not (assuming you wish to add Fish Oil).  Just a thought

That probably won't help them.  Neither will glucosomine/chondriotin.  People take a lot of (completely unregulated) stuff on very spurious claims.  If you are healthy and eat a balanced diet, you should need very little/if any supplementation.

(Don't even get started with the stuff people take to ward off colds...)

My $0.02, save your money on supplements and go buy some fruits and vegetables.
