I don't but she's not out running 5:50s...that's 2:30 marathon pace and as bad as Rinny is, she can't sustain that.  

 

Are you watching Joyce running?  That girl is cruising!  She looks like she's running a thanksgiving 5k with the slacker family.

Totally agree, great to have a nail biter unfolding.  It's just bittersweet knowing that it's only because of Chrissy being done.

You're losing the race as I'm on my 6th Fat Tire  I'm a little bummed that the St thread is so slow, or I'm on the wrong ST thread?

I've never really watched Van LIerde run but he looks like he's starting to suffer

 

I'm a little peed the Ironman blender doesn't come with an act now two for one offer or some junk like that.  Sheesh.

I only had 6 weeks to prepare, so I pushed myself pretty hard while I was training. After my first figure competition, my trainer had me take a week off just to rest and recoup. Was this needed?
