I figure most of us had at least one tri related item on the wish list. I had about 20 on mine. Did you get any? My Garmin Vector pedals were too pricey for Santa but I got a Bontrager Duo trap and ant+ USB thingie so I can now try out TrainerRoad. com on my new fluid2 trainer. Woo hoo!

My wife bought me a wind trainer even though I said fluid.
I think the noise alone will make her realize that I said fluid.

I didn't ask for too much as last year was my big splurge. But I did get an xlab nano inflator, a cyclone chain cleaning kit, some new headphones, and a new swimsuit. I think that's about it.

I'm pretty much set on tri gear, but I did buy some items for my future training partners -- bike computers, saddle bags and tail lights.  I guess I also picked up a couple things for myself including some spinerval DVDs since I am riding less outdoors due to work schedule right now.

Every year my wife spoils me.  I am so blessed I can't believe it.  This year she got me some CEP compression socks, a headlamp called a Magicshine that is 550 lumen, a running jacket with built in LED lights, and the best of all, she had our fridge in the garage converted into a kegerator.  I now have unlimited draft beer.

Winner!??!

Pretty cool stuff everyone.  My wife got me the new Newton Boco AT's which I asked for.(Going to try them out today on the snowy/icey trails)  Also got some cycling clothing, running tights, bike gloves.  My mother and father got me quite a bit of stuff too.  Another new pair of Newton Gravity's for when my current pair gets wore down.  A waterproof Ipod shuffle thing for swimming with..(not sure how I will like that, she loves her's while she is swimming but I do sets and stuff while she just does laps...who knows), and lots of other odd's and ends of things.  It was a very blessed Christmas.  I enjoyed watching my three year old open gifts.  He thinks he is Thor now since Santa got him a big plastic hammer that looks like Moljnir or however you spell it.

My mother in law is awesome. I throw stuff on an amazon list throughout the year more for myself to eventually buy, but she'll look at that list and go to a tri specific site and get some of the things and the little freebies. My mother also spoiled me this year. Our son is 2 1/2 and they are both crazy about him and they know how much he watches me work out and how he emulates everything I do so they have no problem feeding my habit This year I got some aero bars, Shimano TR31 shoes, new SPD pedals and clips and a Garmin footpod. I'm beyond lucky and I know it.

My MIL got me a pair of Hoka One One Bondi B's. She asked what I wanted and sent her a link and voila... They fit well but I can tell I need to put an insole in them (need the arch support), but am looking forward to my run tonight.

I got two pairs of 105 pedals so I can upgrade the pedals on both my road and tri bikes.

I got this cool cylcling jacket, a Cannondale Morphis. It has a removeable sleeve cape and converts from a rain-repellant jacket to a vest in seconds. The best part is that the sleeve cape attaches to the vest with magnets which are really well-designed and work beautifully. You sort of swing the sleeve cape up to your shoulders and the cape aligns itself and snaps into place securely and effortlessly with this very satisfying series of loud clicks. My son said it reminds him of when Tony Stark puts on his Iron Man suit and it just kind of assembles itself around him.

A commemorative Savageman brick, TopPeak Alien 2 Cycling Multi-tool, Zinn & the Art of Triathlon Bikes, Triathlon Science by Joe Friel & Jim Vance, The Longest Race by Ed Ayres, a foam roller, a Park Tool chain scrubber, and my wife took a bunch of my race bibs and matted them on canvases in collages to make wall art.

I did manage to get Garmin Vectors out of the holidays, but I had to go halfsies on them. Totally cool with me. But now I know how much I suck at biking!

hopefully going to look at new bikes this weekend - i've been saving my pennies and the momma said she would kick in some money - plus with end of season close-outs and since i'm small (my current cervelo is a 48) - i'm hoping to find something in the price range

Nada, nothing, zilch.

But I gave a garmin edge 500, a powertap wheelset, a garmin 110, 2 pairs of rudy project glasses,  a rudy wingspan, 2 TYR backbacks,  and assorted cold weather ride/run gear.  I feel absolutely blessed to be able to do that.

No one else in my family are into triathlon, so they don't know what I need, or want.  They just gave me a gift card to Sports Authority, which is fine with me.

It looks like a toss up on the winner being you or Popsracer. Giving is really cool, but so is unlimited beer.

Timex GPS watch for me, now to figure out what all I can do with it.

My wife put together a 40 page book on Shutterfly of my IMAZ 2013 experience.  It is really amazing.

Other than that, I did get some comfy sweat pants.
