Woohoo! Solid training month! Build phase complete for IMAZ and after my current recovery week, peak phase race specific training kicks in! Super excited!

Swim: 9h 12m 05s - 26458 Yd
Bike: 30h 34m 13s - 484.93 Mi
Run: 21h 12m 44s - 110.39 Mi

I also did a FTP field test on the bike this morning and achieved a 12% increase in my FTP watts from my last test about 6 weeks ago.

How was your September training guys?

Roland

That's all folks!  Had foot surgery on the 8th to remove a Morton's Neuroma and just beginning to get back into it this week.

Great month Roland.  Keep up the good work.

I was at about 125 miles running and 80 miles biking.  Starting Fall running season.

Run: 102.3 miles @ 16:12:00

Bike: 441 miles @ 24:43:00

Swim: 16,900y @ 5:04:00 (TERRIBLE)

Focus this month is on swimming volume. I need to hit it this month and not have so many mechanical issues on the bike.

Unlike many, I appear to have trouble getting out of the pool these days.

Swim: 11h 52m 29s - 39800m (Geez--shouda done another 200!)
Bike: 9h 30m 32s
Run: 13h 53m 34s
Strength: 6h 26m

Just doing maintenance stuff here. Crazy amount of work and coursework plus very wet weather have meant biking has been almost all trainer rides. I now have pool access for 75-80 minutes instead of the previous 60, so I've started to do slightly longer workouts to take advantage of that (3000-3500m vs. about 2500-2800m). Mainly because I get them from Sara McLarty's master's swim blog and that is the length of her "B" workouts. It's easier to do the workout as written than sit around for 10-15 minutes trying to figure out how to make it shorter--by that time I could just swim the extra 500m or whatever!

Solid month for me. Had never run >30 miles in a week and that's what I averaged in Sept. Prior to this month, my longest run was 13-14 and I did two 18 milers this month. One more month to get in hard training for IMAZ.

Swim: 7h 21m 50s - 21749.63 Yd
Bike: 21h 55m 60s - 361.7 Mi
Run: 17h 59m 32s - 130.43 Mi

Swim: 3h 23m 56s - 9400 Yd
Bike: 10h 09m 05s - 181.05 Mi
Run: 6h 54m 04s - 55.45 Mi

I had a solid month of biking, but I had bronchitis for 2 weeks which restricted my running. I was just a little lazy with swimming.
