Brand spankin' squeaky clean new thread. Phew. I feel so much lighter now. At least virtually.

Two things:

1) Guess who just swam 30 x 100 with a 10 sec RI?  Oh yeah!

2) There are very few grown men who can pull off wearing a fedora.  Please consult a good friend if you're thinking about incorporating this piece into your wardrobe.

Just the thought of swimming 30x100 makes me want to kill myself! You are tough.

I have to disagree with point 2. There are no men who can pull off the fedora look

Ouch, you know how to hurt a guy. I admit that it was worn while I was a pit musician for Grease. I'm no Tim Gunn.

Chris, I can make exceptions for musicians in the act of playing music.  So Blues Brothers;)

Hands--the reason I did it was because it elicited the same response in me when Yanti mentioned in the other day. It's been taunting me ever since.  I actually didn't think I would be able to finish it before I started, but I thought I'd see how far I could go :

If y'all have not tried swimming 4-5x/week, I STRONGLY encourage you to give it a shot.  The improvement in a relatively short period of time has been simply amazing to me.

Near the end of one of my long runs, I noticed my left hip aching. There was a slight pop with each step. The hip was sore for 2 days after the run.
